Truva Secures 6.3 Million Funding at Over 30 Million Valuation


Proptech startup Truva has successfully raised 6.3 million dollars in its latest funding round bringing its valuation to more than 30 million dollars. The round saw participation from existing investors Stellaris Venture Partners and Orios Venture Partners. The investment is expected to strengthen Truva's operations and support its growth plans.

The company issued over fifty four thousand Series A Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares at an issue price of ten thousand three hundred eighty three rupees per share. This funding move positions Truva strongly in the competitive proptech landscape and provides additional resources to enhance its platform.
